Everyone wants to increase their swing speed and gain a few extra yards at the golf course!

This week I will be showing you a workout that will help you accomplish this. I will be combining general fitness exercises with more specific golf swing movements that will help you gain the strength and speed necessary.

The Warmup:

  1. Banded mini walks (lateral)

  2. Banded mini walks (back and forth)

  3. Banded glute bridges

  4. Side Planks

  5. Paloff Press

  6. Light

  7. SuperSpeed swings

The Exercises:

  1. Deadlifts paired with standing SuperSpeed Swings

  2. Kneeling Turns paired with kneeling SuperSpeed Swings

  3. Medicine Ball shuffle toss paired with step change SuperSpeed swings
