Ten Minute Bodyweight GOLF FITNESS Circuit for ALL levels!

This is a simple bodyweight golf fitness circuit that you can do in 10 minutes or less. You will perform 10 reps of each exercise in order and then repeat for a total of 3 cycles. Modifications are provided and explained for each exercise #golf #golffitness
